Monday Letter in the Light
Communicating in Wisdom: The Illumination of Truth

Happy Monday All, March 30 2026.

With the Moon in Virgo, (my Sun sign), I find myself in a space of quiet awareness… a gentle tending to what is ready to be put back into its rightful place. Not through perfection, but through presence. Through discernment.

This week carries a heightened energy around communication. As we move toward the Full Moon in Libra this Wednesday April 1st, there is an invitation to become more aware of how we speak, how we listen, and how we hold truth…both our own, and that of others.

And sometimes… that truth feels uncomfortable.

I’ve often shared a familiar phrase over the years, one I’ve said to my daughters, my clients, and along my own journey:

“Every time you point a finger, there are three more pointing back at you.”

For a long time, that carried a tone of caution… a reminder to pause before placing blame. Perhaps, keeping oneself out of the victim mode, and recognizing parts played.

But what I’m beginning to understand now, more deeply, more compassionately, is that those three fingers pointing back, were never meant to accuse…

They were meant to illuminate. Not blame… but awareness, of Self.

This is a choice point, a power point, an invitation to gently ask:
Where am I being called to grow?
Where can I see this more clearly?
Where does my own Truth ask for refinement?

And just as importantly…
the one finger that points outward is not here to call out or assign fault.

It is here to bring something into the light. Truth.

To name what is real.
To honor what is felt.
To allow truth to surface, without the weight of judgment. Because the truth is…we are allowed to hold both, and that is, the Uncomfortable Truth.

We can recognize what feels misaligned…
while also remaining rooted in our own self-awareness.

We can speak honestly…
without abandoning compassion.

We can feel grief, conflict, and a mix of emotions…
and allow them to sit beside one another, without needing to resolve them all at once.

There is no light without shadow.
And it is the light that illuminates what is ready to be seen,
if we are willing to let it in.

This week is not asking us to have all the answers. It is asking us to communicate with wisdom.

To trust that when we speak from a place of grounded awareness,
not reaction, not defense, not blame,
we create space for truth to do what it is meant to do:

Not divide… but clarify.
Not diminish… but refine.

And in that refinement, something beautiful happens.

We begin to see more clearly what is aligned…
what is ready to shift…
and what is truly meant to stay.

Because what is meant for us—
in relationships, in connection, in life—
will not be undone by truth.

It will be strengthened by it.

Let this be a week where we soften into awareness,
where we honor both the voice and the pause,
and where we trust ourselves enough to hold the fullness of what arises.
