Let this meet you where you are.
There is a space we don’t talk about enough. Not the beginning, not the breakthrough, not even the becoming, but the space in between.
The space where you know…you just know…you’ve crossed something. Where the weight you once carried doesn’t quite sit the same anymore. Where the old stories don’t fully attach, but the new ones haven’t quite landed yet. It’s a quiet place. A sacred place. And if I’m being honest, it can feel a little lonely. Not in sadness, not in lack, but in that deep, soul-level awareness that something is shifting, and you are the one holding yourself through it.
This is the space where trust becomes real. Not the kind of trust we speak about so easily when things are flowing, but the kind that whispers, “Keep going… even though you can’t see it yet.” Because something is happening, beneath the surface, beyond what is visible, within the spaces we don’t try to control anymore.
I found myself in that space this morning, sitting at my spirit table, feeling that familiar “hand” on my back… that quiet readiness I couldn’t quite name. Not sadness, not melancholy, not even longing… just readiness. And as I reflected on moving through my weekend, something so simple, yet strangely frustrating, had happened… I couldn’t find the key to my storage garage. It’s always in the same place… until it’s not. And in that moment, I felt the pull of frustration, the very human moment, you know the one, where you kind of just want to throw the effing plate (inside joke with my daughter).
And then this morning, as I sat, journaled, and received my messages, I couldn’t help but laugh. Because in that very same breath of frustration, Spirit gently reminded me: even when you lose the key, you are still the one holding the door. And just like that, I smiled… because even in the in-between, I am exactly where I am meant to be.
Did I find the key? No. But in the quiet, the guidance came through…soft, clear, and simple, revealing an alternate solution (and no, not breaking and entering). The choice point presented itself… and this time, I listened.
Isn’t that how this season feels? We’ve done the work. We’ve sat in the quiet. We’ve released what needed to be released. And now we are here, standing in a life that is not fully formed yet, but no longer what it used to be. And somehow, in the midst of it all, we begin to feel something unexpected—a lightness, a quiet giddiness we can’t quite explain. Moments where we catch ourselves smiling for no reason, moments where music plays and it feels like it’s speaking directly to us, moments where we realize we are okay. More than okay. We are aligned.
There is a quote from my Always Stay Bloomin’ Journal Prompt Deck that came back to me today: “There is no Night without the Day, no Evening without the Morn, the Darkest Hour before Dawn, where the New Day is Born.” And maybe that’s where we are—right before the dawn. Not in the darkness, but in that sacred in-between light where the sky begins to change, even if the sun hasn’t fully risen.
So if you find yourself here, in the waiting but not really waiting, in the knowing without needing proof, in the quiet but somehow filled with life, stay there. Trust it. Let it be soft. Let it be easy. Let it meet you exactly where you are. Because this isn’t a pause. This is a becoming.
And somewhere, softly playing in the background of your life, is the reminder you didn’t know you needed: there is something beautiful waiting for you, and you are already on your way.

If this space you’re in feels familiar, or if you’re standing in that quiet in-between and simply want a place to land, I invite you into a Journey to Bloom Compass Session. This is a 90-minute grounding experience, offered in person or virtually, where we gently connect you back to your truth and explore where we can begin shining the Grow Light on you. It is a soft place to be seen, to be guided, and to take your next aligned step—at your own pace, in your own way 🤍
