Position Overview
This role supports the continued growth of The Bloom Group ecosystem, including:

Community Healing Arts Collective (CHAC) signature events
Bloom Center programming and partnerships
eWomenNetwork – Greater Northwest Connecticut Chapter

As the ecosystem expands, this role blends:

Event Coordination + Community Outreach + Relationship-Based Sales
The intention is to create a position where the right individual can grow alongside the business while being directly rewarded for contributing to event success and community expansion.
